Full-time (35h/week) | Remote (Brazil)

Salary:
 R$1,800–R$2,500 + monthly performance bonus starting after 6 months (~R$500/mo)

English:
 Conversational (B2) required.

We're looking for a 
Junior Business Analyst (Tech)
 to support our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who's curious, organized, and eager to learn how digital products, automation systems, and internal workflows come together to support business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in 
    business process mapping
     and translating operational needs into clear documentation.
  • Support 
    requirements gathering
     for applications, automations, and internal software tools.
  • Help structure and maintain 
    project management workflows
    , including creating tasks, writing detailed descriptions, and defining DoD (Definition of Done) and DoR (Definition of Ready).
  • Collaborate with the team (especially PM) to keep projects moving, ensuring clarity, organization, and timely execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to understand how systems connect and how information flows across tools.
  • Conversational English (B2) to record demo videos, write and consume documentation, and async updates.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience with project or product management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with automation workflows, business operations, or software requirements.
