A missão do time de Tax na Loft, é garantir a conformidade fiscal e na construir uma estrutura tributária eficiente. Somos responsáveis pela gestão estratégica e operacional de todas as obrigações fiscais da empresa.
Nossa principal função é garantir o correto cumprimento das normas tributárias vigentes, minimizando riscos legais e otimizando a carga tributária dentro dos limites da legislação.
Isso inclui o planejamento tributário, apuração e pagamento de tributos diretos e indiretos, acompanhamento de mudanças na legislação fiscal, relacionamento com órgãos reguladores, suporte a auditorias e fiscalizações, e interlocução com as demais áreas da empresa em temas relacionados a tributos.

Os desafios que você vai encontrar:
- Atuar como ponto focal da Loft junto ao BPO responsável pelas apurações de
tributos indiretos (PIS, COFINS e ISS e Retenções na Fonte); - Acompanhar e revisar as apurações fiscais realizadas pelo BPO, garantindo a
conformidade com a legislação vigente e as políticas internas; - Realizar análises críticas das informações fiscais fornecidas pelo BPO,
identificando possíveis inconsistências ou oportunidades de melhoria; - Garantir a entrega correta e tempestiva das obrigações acessórias
relacionadas (como DCTF, EFD-Contribuições e demais exigências
municipais de ISS); - Manter alinhamento constante com as áreas de Contabilidade, Jurídico e
Financeiro para garantir a correta classificação e tratamento fiscal das operações da empresa; - Apoiar na interpretação e implementação de mudanças na legislação
tributária que impactem os tributos sob sua responsabilidade; - Participar de reuniões periódicas com o BPO, garantindo o cumprimento de
SLA's, qualidade das entregas e resolução de pendências; - Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e
esclarecimentos relacionados aos tributos indiretos;
O que você precisa para virar a chave?
- Formação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração ou áreas
correlatas; - Experiência prévia com tributos indiretos, especialmente PIS, COFINS,
Retenções na Fonte e ISS; - Conhecimento prático das obrigações acessórias federais e municipais (ex:
EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, declarações de ISS); - Familiaridade com regimes de apuração (cumulativo e não cumulativo),
créditos de PIS/COFINS e retenções na fonte (ISS); - Perfil Hands On;
- Boa comunicação e organização para atuar como interlocutor entre áreas
internas e terceiros; - Capacidade de leitura, interpretação e aplicação da legislação tributária;
- Vivência em ambientes de rápida transformação e times multidisciplinares;
