About the Job


We're looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong UX/UI design capabilities to lead the complete redesign and rebuild of our company website. This role blends visual design, front-end engineering, and light back-end work — and demands a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll be responsible for designing a completely new web experience from scratch (in Figma or similar), implementing it in production-ready code, and ensuring that all app and product functionality currently tied to the website continues to work seamlessly after the redesign. The website is a core part of our commercial strategy and online sales funnel — your work will directly impact the future of the company.

You'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, COO and Marketing to translate vision into execution. You'll also help define foundational UX and design systems for future iterations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete redesign and implementation of our website.
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
  • Translate designs into scalable, responsive code using React, , and TailwindCSS (or equivalent); Angular is a bonus.
  • Refactor the existing codebase while preserving complex app/product interdependencies.
  • Optimize the site for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure the site aligns with commercial goals (especially online sales flows and billing system integration).
  • Propose and implement architectural improvements where needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong front-end focus.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, , Tailwind (or similar frameworks).
  • Solid back-end experience with and Python.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing end-to-end designs (Figma or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage complex interdependencies and refactor production code without disruption.
  • Experience working closely with commercial or marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building checkout, billing, or payment flows (and tracking the usage of users).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools.
  • Ability to improve existing design system or reusable component library.
  • Background working in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Intermediate or higher English fluency.
