Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vitória, ES, for a skilled Blocklayer. The Blocklayer will be responsible for performing masonry work, including preparing and leveling surfaces, laying bricks, blocks, or other building materials, and ensuring proper alignment and integrity of constructed structures. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, mixing and applying mortar, measuring and cutting materials, and collaborating with other construction professionals to meet project timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in masonry skills, including brickwork, block laying, and stonework
• Experience with reading and implementing construction blueprints and plans
• Strong understanding of material preparation, including mixing mortar and concrete
• Capability to operate masonry tools and equipment with attention to safety
• Physical stamina, ability to work in various weather conditions, and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills, along with effective collaboration and communication in team settings
• Prior experience in construction or a masonry-related role preferred
• Technical certification in masonry or relevant field is an asset
