Descrição Do Cargo
Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Interface with the Risk Manager, Escort, and Insurance Company according to the values of invoices to be shipped/transported;
  • Monitors collections and deliveries with drivers;
  • Receiving, checking, and delivering documents (FRM) to logistics-CTD for preparation release of daily shipments;
  • Supervises the checking and preparation of cargo for shipment and delivery; 5. Monitors the loading and unloading of cargo at airlines with drivers;
  • Enters and updates data in systems (Bsoft and Maestro);
  • Provides guidance and training on operational activities;
  • Internal and external coordination of drivers;
  • Verifies vehicle maintenance and cleanliness;
  • Internal customer support (Impo, Expo, Domestic, CS, CTD, and related departments);
  • Fleet management - Quality, fueling, inspections, regulations, costs, maintenance, tolls, fines, etc.;
  • Contracting third-party freight and service providers for transportation, when applicable;
  • Monitoring points for fines on drivers' driver's licenses, taking appropriate action if applicable;
  • Checking and releasing cargo to third-party carriers;
  • Issuing transportation documents (DACT-e, MDF-e, and related documents) when necessary;
  • Responsible for updating and monitoring own and third-party drivers throughout Brazil, in conjunction with the risk management company; 17.Assists the Supervisor in all department-related activities;
  • Performs any other duties related to their responsibilities.

General

  • Provide telephone assistance whenever necessary, with courtesy and clarity of information.
  • Maintain good communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all collections are carried out in accordance with the research center's requests.
  • Ensure accuracy in checking the documents required for export.
  • Ensure accuracy in all information entered into the Maestro system.
