El candidato ideal debe demostrar una gran atención al detalle, excelentes habilidades de soporte al cliente y la capacidad de asistir eficazmente a instructores y participantes durante toda la experiencia de capacitación.
Además del apoyo en los entrenamientos, este rol requiere experiencia práctica en logística: preparación, armado y envío de materiales de capacitación; coordinación con servicios de mensajería y procesos de aduanas; y garantizar entregas puntuales para programas en toda Latinoamérica.
Esta posición está basada en São Paulo, Brasil.
Requirements
*Responsabilidades Principales
1. Entrenamiento (Virtual y Presencial)*
Facilitar actividades en aula virtual o presencial, demostrando excelente comunicación y manejo de grupos. Apoyar al instructor durante las sesiones, atender dudas de participantes y resolver problemas técnicos en Zoom, Teams u otras plataformas virtuales.
Coordinar reuniones de preparación con clientes e instructores.
*2. Logística y Operación (Alta prioridad del rol)*
Preparar, armar, empacar y enviar materiales de entrenamiento a nivel nacional e internacional.
Gestionar la logística de envíos, coordinación con paqueterías, seguimiento de guías, verificación de entregas y procesos de aduanas cuando corresponda.
Coordinar eventos presenciales: montaje de salón, materiales, relación con hoteles y proveedores, verificación técnica, etc.
Documentar cierres de cursos, asistencia, feedback y bases de datos para clientes, finanzas y áreas internas.
*3. Atención al Cliente*
Ser el primer punto de contacto antes, durante y después del curso.
Resolver dudas, orientar sobre el uso de herramientas Prosci y mantener una relación profesional y positiva con clientes corporativos.
Gestionar múltiples prioridades con calma, empatía y sentido de servicio.
*4. Coordinación Regional*
Colaborar con instructores y equipos en Latinoamérica, adaptándose a distintos husos horarios.
Tener disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera de Brasil según lo requiera cada programa o proyecto.
*Requisitos*
- Experiencia mínima de
2 años
en entrenamiento/capacitación, coordinación de eventos o roles con alta demanda logística. - Conocimiento sólido de Zoom, Teams, MS Office y plataformas virtuales de aprendizaje.
- Manejo de Español y/o inglés importante
- Atención al detalle, disciplina operativa, capacidad de organización y trabajo bajo presión.
- Pasaporte vigente (ideal con visa americana).
- Vivir en São Paulo
y contar con disponibilidad para asistir a la oficina cuando se requiera.
