About the Squad
The Home Squad is the front door of growth. We accelerate conversion across the main products of the app — Cards, Loans and Pix. We run key acquisition engines (Refer a Friend, Relationship program and Landing Pages) focused on efficiency, high LTV and low CAC. All of this within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary squad with real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights from acquisition and engagement funnels, identifying clear growth opportunities.
•  Work closely with Product, UX, CRM, CX and Marketing teams to influence the roadmap with a focus on real business impact.
•  Create, run and analyze A/B tests and ROI studies to accelerate acquisition, activation, retention and monetization
•  Track KPIs and core growth metrics, generate forecasts and insights to evolve the in-app user journey.
•  Run referral programs (RAF / Member Get Member) to boost acquisition, activation and engagement.
•  Present analyses and recommendations clearly, helping leaders and stakeholders make better decisions.
•  Support and lead new product launches, ensuring strong alignment and communication across teams.

•  Experience in Growth, Business Analytics or related areas.
•  Hands-on, analytical and data-driven profile, with experience in A/B testing and performance metrics.
•  Advanced skills at SQL role for daily data exploration.
•  Familiarity with analytics, product and digital marketing tools (e.g. Databricks, Amplitude) is a plus.
•  Experience leading end-to-end initiatives, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
•  Experience in Fintech or technology companies.
