CLAIMS HANDLER

Our business began its journey 20 years ago. We have built a worldwide network of multi-lingual professionals, with more than 100 full-time interdisciplinary industry specialists working in 10 different countries.

For this position, we are looking for a
junior lawyer
 with at least 2 years of previous experience in handling civil liability claims (regulation and litigation) and drafting legal opinions.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop their professional career in a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative regulations related to complex civil liability claims.
• Monitor lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, including managing procedural deadlines, preparing legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
• Develop and implement settlement strategies to optimize outcomes for clients.
• Facilitate technical training.
• Establish a connection with the client, identify their needs, and deliver solutions through the company's services.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery is maintained.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
• Candidates must hold a Law degree with expertise in civil and procedural law.
• Mandatory previous experience in managing liability claims, including both regulatory and litigation aspects.
• Law degree with OAB mandatory.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
