Responsabilities

  • Design and implement solutions to simplify and standardize logistics processes across multiple countries.
  • Integrate existing manual controls into unified systems to improve visibility and reduce errors.
  • Develop and maintain process flows that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive productivity improvements through continuous monitoring and deployment of best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of standardized procedures.
  • Provide clear performance insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
  • Lead training and change management initiatives to embed new processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations or process improvement roles.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes, including control systems.
  • Proven ability to implement process standardization and productivity initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred).

  • Process Standardization: 100% implementation of defined workflows across regions.
  • Control Integration: Successful migration of manual controls to standardized systems within agreed timelines.
  • Productivity Gains: Achieve targeted improvement (e.g., 5–10% YoY) in operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Full adherence to regional and corporate standards.
  • Cost Optimization: Deliver measurable savings through process simplification and efficiency initiatives.
