We are currently seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of Global Supply Chain at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain processes for our clinical research projects. Your leadership will be critical in optimizing supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources while maintaining quality and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing:
Developing and implementing global supply chain strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within the supply chain.
Leading a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Significant experience in supply chain management within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
