Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Garantir a estabilidade, confiabilidade e performance de aplicações e infraestrutura cloud;
  • Atuar de forma preventiva, projetando soluções de auto-recuperação (self-healing);
  • Realizar debugging e troubleshooting em sistemas complexos e aplicações distribuídas;
  • Monitorar aplicações e infraestrutura, configurando alertas, dashboards e logs para observabilidade;
  • Documentar procedimentos, criar runbooks e playbooks claros para incidentes e operações;
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais, mantendo comunicação eficaz e alinhamento com objetivos de negócio;
  • Apoiar a implementação e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD, avaliando impacto operacional;
  • Aplicar os princípios de SRE, incluindo definição de SLOs, SLIs, error budgets e redução de toil;
  • Participar ativamente na resolução de incidentes e na melhoria contínua da infraestrutura e processos;
  • Auxiliar na definição e implementação de boas práticas de segurança, compliance e governança em cloud.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • 3–5+ anos em operações técnicas, SRE ou suporte avançado de TI;
  • Experiência prática com Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
  • Habilidades de scripting e automação (Python, Bash);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, ELK Stack, Cloud Logging);
  • Experiência com arquiteturas de microsserviços e suporte a aplicações distribuídas;
  • Conhecimento em pipelines de CI/CD e seu impacto operacional;
  • Sólido entendimento de computação em nuvem e infraestrutura como código;
  • Experiência em documentação técnica e criação de runbooks;
  • Fluência em Português e proficiência profissional em Inglês.
  • Desejáveis: Certificações Google Cloud (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer); Certificações SRE ou DevOps; Conhecimento dos princípios ITIL, especialmente gerenciamento de incidentes e problemas; Experiência com soluções de automação de operações, observabilidade avançada e práticas DevOps/SRE.
