Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate feedback.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

  • Use and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools and recruitment reports.

  • Develop and apply sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction programs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Contribute to HR projects related to onboarding, talent management, and process improvements in Recruitment & Selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in medium or large organizations.

  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment tools.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and market mapping tools.

  • Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and decision-making capacity.

  • Intermediate English proficiency (required for some positions, desirable for all).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting technical roles or high-volume positions.

  • Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics.
