O que você fará no dia a dia:

Prospecção ativa (ligações, WhatsApp, e-mail, redes sociais)

Qualificação de leads e agendamento de reuniões comerciais

Uso de CRM e organização de pipeline

Geração de listas de prospects e pesquisas de mercado

Informações da vaga:

Modelo de contratação: PJ

Fixo: R$ 3.000,00 + comissionamento sem teto

Horário: seg a sex, 08h às 17h

Presencial: Av. Ana Costa, Gonzaga – Santos/SP

Você vai se dar MUITO bem se:

Já trabalhou com vendas/prospecção (outbound)

Gosta de metas e ambiente acelerado

Tem comunicação clara, persistência e disciplina

É inquieto — não espera demanda cair no colo

Diferenciais (não eliminatórios):

Certificações em vendas outbound/inside

Experiência com SPIN Selling, Receita Previsível, BANT, GPCT

Vivência com CRM (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive etc.)

Crescimento real e rápido: aqui, quem entrega resultado sobe.
