As a Customer Service Management Specialist

you will be responsible for:

• Ensure profitability and maintain high customer satisfaction for assigned service contracts
• Manage both service agreement portfolios and time-and-material (T&M) programs
• Support sales efforts by contributing to contract renewals and proposal development
• Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, and repair operations
• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and customers, representing assigned contracts
• Work in coordination with business unit teams to define activities and provide technical guidance
• Follow standardized project management processes with flexibility for planning and execution
• Serve dedicated clients under predefined frameworks, with room for customized conditions when appropriate

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or related experience in WCS (Wellheads End Casings) activities
• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid background in contract management, including oversight, negotiation, and client engagement
• English (will be a plus)
