Job Overview

Join our team to build the core services of a new software platform. You will design, implement, and scale back-end systems in C#/.NET Core, collaborating with senior and junior developers from concept to deployment. Experience with AI-assisted development and cloud environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and data pipelines.
  • Define, build, and ship features with senior and junior developers.
  • Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and maintain existing integrations.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven capabilities to improve automation and platform intelligence.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable C# code with best practices.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, observability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and give actionable feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues for high availability and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of back-end experience, with a focus on C#.
  • Expertise in .NET Core for service/API development.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Strong Git proficiency and branching workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Solid understanding of resiliency patterns, responsive performance on the server side, and accessibility considerations for API consumers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, ML/AI APIs).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, contract).
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience applying ML models or integrating AI-powered services.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
