liderar o crescimento de uma startup nascente
com produto validado e alto potencial de mercado.
Responsabilidades
- Definir e executar a estratégia comercial de crescimento (funil, CAC, LTV, ticket médio, etc.);
- Liderar o processo de vendas do início ao fim (prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento);
- Estruturar e liderar o time de vendas conforme o crescimento da empresa;
- Desenvolver playbooks comerciais, cadências e indicadores de performance;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com o marketing e o produto para alinhar mensagens, personas e estratégias de aquisição.
Requisitos
- Experiência comprovada em
vendas SaaS B2B
; - Histórico de crescimento e
track record em startups ou scale-ups
; - Habilidade em negociação e comunicação de alto nível;
- Conhecimento em CRM, funis de vendas e métricas de SaaS;
- Perfil
estratégico, analítico e altamente orientado a resultados
.
