Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of payment products tailored to the local market.
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption.
Analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution.
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and commercial results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the payments industry within Latin America.
In-depth knowledge of mobile payments, e-commerce acquiring, electronic payments, QR code payments, or account-based payment systems.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and product management skills across the full product lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially in multicultural environments.
Languages: proficiency sufficient for business negotiations in English and Spanish.
Experience working in international financial institutions, payment networks, or fintech companies preferred.
