Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Representatives fluent in English and Portuguese to join our team in Albania. As a telemarketing representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting telemarketing calls to potential customers

• Promoting products and services

• Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information

• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude during all calls

• Managing customer data and following up on leads

• Working towards set targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus

• Willingness to relocate to Albania
