We are looking for an HR Coordinator & Recruiter to support both our HR operations and technical hiring efforts. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and supporting compliance, while also driving recruitment for roles like Machine Learning Engineers, QA Automation Architects, and other tech positions. Working closely with the HR Manager and hiring teams, you'll help build and grow our diverse, global workforce while ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed and new hires are successfully integrated.
- Support compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including company-wide training sessions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and write effective job descriptions.
- Draft and post job ads on platforms like LinkedIn and monitor responses.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, focusing on passive talent.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain documentation in ATS systems (BambooHR).
- Track recruiting activity, maintain reporting tools, and provide weekly updates to management.
- Support process improvements across HR and recruitment functions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of combined HR and technical recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skills, with proven experience recruiting for technical positions.
- At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming or related sector.
- Experience working with a global workforce, ideally in a startup or rapid growth environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (BambooHR or similar).
- Knowledge of recruiting methods, HR best practices, and employment law compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Adaptability to automation and AI-driven recruiting tools.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
