Survey Programmer

We're looking for a detail-oriented Survey Programmer to support survey programming, data quality, and client-ready reporting. This role sits at the intersection of data, research, and storytelling, ensuring surveys are built correctly and insights are delivered with precision.
What you'll do:
- Program and test surveys across platforms (Qualtrics, Alchemer, Decipher, or similar)
- Manage samples, quotas, logic, and data validation
- Monitor data quality and run basic analyses
- Build and quality-check client-facing reports, charts, and presentations
- Support research operations and process improvements
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in survey programming or research support
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills (SPSS, R, Tableau a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, remote setup
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R$ R$65.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in São Paulo, SP
