O que você irá fazer?

  • Construir e gerir dashboards e relatórios que acompanham objetivos e métricas dos produtos de transferência internacional – adoção, retenção, NPS, etc;
  • Monitorar objetivos e métricas dos produtos de transferência internacional, gerando insights e análises de causa para melhoria contínua;
  • Colaborar com a equipe de Experiência do Cliente para medir e melhorar a jornada do cliente e direcionar os assuntos;
  • Monitorar resultados de performance dos canais digitais (foco em UI/UX);
  • Responder às solicitações de dados ad hoc da equipe de produtos de transferência internacional;
  • Apoiar na coleta de requisitos e priorização de demandas;
  • Apoiar e gerir documentação de produtos e projetos, pesquisa de mercado, relatórios/análises do escopo de transferência internacional;
  • Preparar apresentações, materiais de apoio e análises específicas para a equipe comercial.

  • Experiência em gerenciamento de produtos digitais e projetos;
  • Habilidade de análise de dados e geração de insights;
  • Facilidade de comunicação com áreas parceiras e fornecedores;
  • Capacidade de síntese e boa comunicação (oral e escrita);
  • Conhecimento em MS Excel e Power Point;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Desejável Espanhol;
