OBRA COM DURAÇÃO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 6 MESES Sabemos que a chave para o crescimento está numa equipe de alto desempenho, e por isso procuramos uma pessoa para ingressar como SITE MANAGER, para atuação em uma obra determinada em JARDIM PIRITUBA/SP. Principais desafios do seu dia a dia:Acompanhamento da Execução de Obras:Acompanhar a execução da obra civil realizada pelo cliente, garantindo a conformidade com as exigências do projeto e verificando o cumprimento do cronograma. Emissão de Relatórios:Emitir relatórios detalhados sobre o progresso da obra, destacando avanços, possíveis desvios e sugestões de ajustes necessários. Desenvolvimento de Indicadores de Performance:Elaborar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) para monitorar a produtividade e eficiência das equipes em campo, promovendo o acompanhamento contínuo da execução da obra. Participação em Reuniões de Alinhamento:Participar de reuniões periódicas com o cliente e a Gerência para alinhamento de informações, resolução de problemas e atualização do status do projeto. Realização de Outras Atividades Correlatas:Executar outras atividades relacionadas conforme a necessidade do setor e orientação da chefia imediata. O que você precisa ter para fazer parte deste time:Graduação Superior Completa. Experiência com obras no setor solar. Vivência com acompanhamento de obras civis. CNH B. Disponibilidade para viagens. Diferencial:Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil e afins.
