The Role
We are seeking a professional with strong experience in
Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA)
to lead implementations, integrations, connectors, and automations. The ideal candidate will translate security requirements into effective, automated technical controls while driving process improvements end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate IAM/IGA solutions and connectors to onboard applications and systems, ensuring reliable provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access governance.
• Own Identity Lifecycle (JML) processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) and design/operate authentication and authorization models aligned to business and risk requirements.
• Translate security requirements into automated technical controls, leveraging policies, workflows, and guardrails to ensure consistent enforcement and auditability.
• Continuously analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative, pragmatic solutions that improve resilience, user experience, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of IAM concepts and hands‑on experience delivering Identity & Access solutions (JML lifecycle, AuthN/AuthZ).
• Practical knowledge of IDM/IAM tools such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and CyberArk.
• Demonstrated ability to convert security and compliance requirements into automated technical controls (policies, workflows, approvals, reviews).
• Proactive problem‑solver with a track record of process analysis and continuous improvement.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred Experience

• SAP GRC Access Control (AC): experience in deployment, integration, and support, including SoD management in ERP/SAP environments.
• Broader IAM/IGA/IDM platforms such as IBM IGI, Oracle IAM, RSA IAM.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks: ISO/IEC 27000, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ITIL, COBIT.
• Awareness of privacy and data protection regulations, including LGPD and GDPR.
