Main Activities

• Execution of functional and non-functional tests, including regression tests, usability tests and security tests for backend, frontend and mobile applications.
• Planning, development and execution of test strategies, test plans and test cases.
• Planning and execution of automated tests.
• Assessment and implementation of methods to find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
• Analyze projects documentation to review test cases and script design.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and prioritize test scope, assess risk, and design an approach that ensures quality outputs at every stage of the development cycle.
• Escalate concerns regarding project, product, or process quality in a collaborative and prompt manner.

Qualificações

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field; or equivalent experience.
• Certification (optional): Software Quality Assurance Certification from an industry-recognized organization.
• English level: advanced (written and spoken).
• 5+ years experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Experience in testing activities, developing test plans and strategies, and translating business requirements into functional tests to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Experience with APIs and Integration tests.
• Experience with writing automated tests under Cypress, Robot or Playwright framework.
• Familiarity with QA tools and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of all stages in the Test Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organization, planning, coordination and scheduling.
• Adaptable and flexible, takes ownership, transparent and proactive.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
