We're looking for a Social Media Specialist in Brazil to lead our organic content strategy, drive local campaigns, and connect brand, community, streaming, and performance efforts. This role requires autonomy, creativity, and strategic execution skills.

In this role, you´ll:

  • Design and execute a bold, data-informed social media content strategy that resonates with local audiences while aligning with global brand goals.
  • Lead monthly content planning, calendars, and storytelling initiatives—bringing fresh ideas and cultural insight
  • Test, learn and push boundaries to constantly refine formats, timing, and tone based on real-time performance data analysis
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Community Manager, Design, Media, Influencer, and Product teams to deliver unified, high-performing campaigns.
  • Take charge of localizing regional campaigns and launching standout activations tailored to your market.
  • Oversee the full pipeline of content creation—from copy to visuals to video—ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency across the board.
  • Collaborate on engaging campaigns for live-streaming platforms like Kick and Twitch, connecting with audiences where they're most active.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Social Media Management roles.
  • Native Portuguese. Intermediate/advanced Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Meta Business, TikTok Ads, Sprout, Google Sheets/Looker.
  • Proven experience in leading local or regional strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Brazil's digital landscape.
  • Background in gaming, betting, sports, or digital entertainment.
