What are your main tasks?

• Support in shaping our L2C processes
• Assisting the System Process Managers and the L2C teams in analysing, implementing and optimizing L2C processes within the organization
• Administrative and analytical support for daily operations
• Support in executing mass data changes, managing data migrations, ensuring data quality and performing system tests
• Collaboration in the development and revision of dashboards and SAC Story content
• Support for the introduction of new digital tools and methods by testing functionality, ensuring process alignment and interfaces
• Assist in creating and maintaining training material to help teams understand and correctly follow L2C processes
• User training and user support

What are your qualifications?

• Deep understanding of Lead-2-Cash processes, software architecture, IT security and cloud technology
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, SD and CRM process workflows
• Experience with Python and AI tools (AI agents)
• Excellent skills at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Fluent in English
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented way of working
• Receptive to change and continuous improvement
• Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and sharing experiences with team members
