Your Mission
- Construir e manter relacionamentos com canais de clientes, com foco no aumento da participação no mercado nas portas existentes, identificando e implementando soluções que atendam aos principais objetivos do cliente e defendendo esses objetivos em toda a organização
- Promover o reconhecimento da marca em colaboração com a equipe de marketing, criando estratégias para garantir que a On esteja na mente dos nossos consumidores, apoiando a execução digital e nas lojas do merchandising e do lançamento de produtos, parcerias da marca e eventos especiais
- Planejar, criar estratégias e lançar coleções no mercado, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com a equipe global para garantir a melhor estratégia e segmentação
- Apoiar as operações diárias das contas, incluindo a gestão da carteira de pedidos, a gestão de estoques, o impulsionamento do sell-in e do sell-out das contas, a otimização do sortimento e do merchandising dos produtos e o fornecimento de soluções para as principais preocupações dos clientes
- Preparar e realizar apresentações de vendas, usando material e dados da On de forma significativa e estratégica para a base de clientes da região, prestando atenção a possíveis novas portas de vendas que se encaixem na estratégia geral da On
- Realizar análises de vendas para garantir que possam ser feitos ajustes em linha com as estratégias gerais de vendas da On, de modo a permitir que as metas de vendas sejam alcançadas
- Realizar análises de mercado para subsidiar estratégias de produtos e de canais, acompanhando as práticas e tendências atuais e possíveis no futuro na concorrência e no mercado
Your story
- Pelo menos 4 anos no setor de moda ou artigos esportivos em vendas externas, gestão de contas, marketing de varejo, planejamento de varejo ou experiência relacionada
- Você entende as tendências do mercado global e local de moda. Sabe como traduzir essas tendências para parceiros e consumidores locais. Conhecimento do setor de tênis e moda é desejável.
- Você adota uma postura profissional e dedicada, tem um histórico de sucesso em vendas e uma habilidade excepcional de manter conversas difíceis com clientes e de negociar vitórias, construindo relacionamentos duradouros
- Você tem conhecimentos avançados em Excel e análise de dados e, idealmente, experiência em planejamento e previsão de vendas e matemática de varejo
- Você gosta do desafio de elaborar e executar estratégias para desenvolver negócios com a base de clientes existente, bem como de criar novas oportunidades de crescimento
- Você gosta de divulgar marcas nas quais acredita e de compartilhar isso com os clientes de uma forma inspiradora
- Você está localizado(a) em São Paulo ou nas proximidades e tem vontade de viajar 20% do tempo, a depender das necessidades do negócio

You'll start by submitting your application to a specific role. We try to keep this step as simple as possible. We do get a lot of applications, but we review them all. Interview with a recruiter

Interview with a hiring manager
Ready to dig into the details? This second interview will be held with your future manager and will focus on the specifics of the job. Together you'll delve into your unique skills and experiences and how they could be relevant at On. It's also a time to assess how you might feel working side-by-side. Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

The Case Study
What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you've got. So express yourself. Be you.

The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

The Result
Are we a good fit? We'll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we're a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it's not a decision we take lightly. It's also time for you to reflect on the experience – are we the right place for you? No matter the outcome, we'll give you meaningful feedback.
