O que você irá fazer?

  • Dar suporte à gestão na elaboração do planejamento das atividades de auditoria interna de processos, com base no mapeamento de riscos e requerimentos regulatórios.
  • Coordenar a execução dos projetos de auditoria interna de processos das empresas do Grupo, no Brasil e no exterior.
  • Desenvolver metodologias e programas de trabalho específicos para diferentes áreas operacionais.
  • Revisar as atividades realizadas pelos analistas de auditoria, garantindo aderência aos padrões técnicos e prazos estabelecidos.
  • Preparar relatórios de auditoria com base nos apontamentos identificados.
  • Auxiliar a gestão na identificação de novos riscos emergentes decorrentes da evolução dos negócios da instituição.
  • Orientar e desenvolver a equipe de auditores.

O que buscamos?

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Pacote Office avançado;
  • Conhecimento em regulação bancária;
  • Experiência em trabalhos de auditoria em escopo de SOX (desejável);
  • Experiência em ferramentas de análises de dados;
  • Experiência com mapeamento de processos;
  • Inglês avançado (desejável);
  • Facilidade de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
