What are we looking for?

Main assignments:

To be responsible for the development of the product from all its perspectives, ensuring that the team is working collectively to build a good project;

Act with stakeholders and manage their expectations, supporting decision-making and problem-solving;

Represent the team in strategic meetings and position project decisions to stakeholders;

Manage the activities of the product team, being able to manage more than one development team with the support of the Product Owner;

Manage the backlog, through the construction of a strategic product roadmap;

Establish the product strategy with clear delivery objectives;

Validate suppliers suitable for product needs and customer expectations;

Act with a total focus on providing customers with a great experience of innovative products and services that contribute to their satisfaction and the company's image;

Drive operational improvements through R&D activities.
