Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa network customers, including financial services and merchants. Based on our experience in strategic consulting, data analysis, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The Brazil Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting services and solutions to Visa's largest issuers, merchants and acquirers in Brazil. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to deliver solutions that help customers with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability.
The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and risk management.
The VCA team is looking for a Manager to join our consulting practice and play a role in delivering high-impact strategic projects for Visa clients in Brazil. The potential candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of projects and solutions with Financial Institutions/Issuing Banks in Brazil. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, ensuring that Visa is the preferred brand and single business partner.
Specific responsibilities includes:
Take charge of consulting project execution, managing from conception through completion, ensuring deliverables are met with the highest quality, on time and within budget.
Devise comprehensive frameworks and strategies for assessing client's digital readiness, prioritizing digital transformational objectives and designing actionable roadmaps.
Streamline advisory execution through continuous process automation improving efficiency, output quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with other functional teams within Visa to ensure a cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation.
Proactively identify and anticipate client needs by monitoring emerging digital industry trends and maintaining open communication channels with all stakeholders.
Collaborate with the broader fintech and digital ecosystem to incorporate external perspectives in developing client-centric solutions.
Support clients in efficiently utilizing Visa's digital products and services, facilitating a seamless and beneficial digital transition.
Act as a driving force for digital transformation and change, inspiring both colleagues and clients to embrace innovative digital practices.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance).
•Master's Degree in related fields a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
•Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up-to-date with latest market and industry innovation trends.
•Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
•Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
•Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
•Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
•Team player with agile focus.
