We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to design and automate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, reliable delivery within the Microsoft ecosystem.

We need a professional responsible for managing and automating the Azure cloud environment, with key responsibilities including designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, collaborating with development and operations teams, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, and ensuring system security, reliability, and performance. Essential qualifications involve a strong understanding of Azure services, CI/CD tools, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage infrastructure, utilizing Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Function App, Azure Networking, Azure SQL Server, etc.) for hosting applications;
  • Manage GitHub workflows for efficient version control and code collaboration;
  • Engineer & automate in the context of cloud-based global platform/product delivery using continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD);
  • Operational abilities including early life support and driving root cause analysis and remediation;
  • Configure and manage Azure networking components (VNet, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute) to ensure secure and scalable connectivity;
  • Encourage DevSecOps teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary;
  • Implement DevSecOps practices including secret management, compliance enforcement with Azure Policy, and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD pipelines.

Skills

  • Infrastructure as Code
    : 4+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and Ansible;
  • Azure Services
    : PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, Azure Policies, and Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, VPN, ExpressRoute);
  • Observability
    : Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization;
  • Scripting & Automation
    : Proficient in Bash, PowerShell, and Azure CLI for automation and configuration management; Python proficiency is a plus;
  • Containers & Orchestration
    : Knowledge/experience with Kubernetes (AKS is a plus);
  • Integration
    : Multi-system integration using industry standards such as REST, API, JSON, SOAP, and gRPC;
  • Adaptability & Collaboration
    : Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across development and operations teams, drive collaborative troubleshooting, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in agile environments;
  • Continuous Learning
    : Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to improve engineering standards and automation practices.

Preferred

  • Azure Certifications are highly valued.
