Principais Responsabilidades
  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de média e alta complexidade, com foco em posições estratégicas e executivas;
  • Atuar como consultor(a) de negócios junto a clientes internos e externos, compreendendo suas necessidades e propondo soluções sob medida;
  • Realizar mapeamento de mercado, hunting ativo e entrevistas por competências;
  • Apoiar a construção de propostas comerciais e participar de reuniões estratégicas com stakeholders;
  • Contribuir para o posicionamento da nova unidade de Talent Advisory da LUZA Group no mercado nacional;
  • Participar da estruturação de metodologias, playbooks e boas práticas da operação.
Requisitos Técnicos
  • Experiência comprovada em recrutamento especializado, preferencialmente em consultorias ou HRTechs;
  • Vivência com posições de média e alta liderança (gerência, diretoria, C-level);
  • Domínio de ferramentas como LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS e metodologias de entrevista estruturada;
  • Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos com executivos e decisores;
  • Inglês avançado será considerado um diferencial.
