We're looking for a Graphic Designer to craft, optimize, and elevate the creative presence of our clients across key marketplaces such as Amazon, Mercado Livre, and Shopee. This role is part of the Creative team and sits at the core of how brands are represented visually within these platforms — from product images and enhanced content to brand stores and campaign banners.

The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with solid organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A good sense of composition, hierarchy, and user flow is essential to ensure that every creative asset not only looks great and follows the brand guidelines, but also guides shoppers smoothly through the product journey.

As a Designer Associate, you'll collaborate closely with the Copywriting team, other creative peers, and your Design Supervisor to deliver high-quality, consistent work across all client deliverables.

What You'll Do Here

  • Create and adapt assets for clients' official spaces on Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee, and other marketplaces, following each client's brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Ensure all assets comply with the best practices and content guidelines of each marketplace, optimizing for platform-specific requirements.
  • Conduct audits of client content, analyze performance data, and propose optimizations to improve visual impact and consistency.
  • Design slides for internal and external reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and your Design Supervisor to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and outputs.
  • Review completed projects, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Apply principles of composition, hierarchy, and flow to all created content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and an engaging shopper experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new design trends, creative tools, and marketplace features to bring fresh ideas and enhancements to client deliverables.
  • Maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality creative assets.

We Need a Person With

  • Completed higher education in Design, Advertising or related fields;
  • Minimally intermediate English skills to read, write, and communicate effectively with the global team.
  • Completed higher education in Design, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and executing design assets for various platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Comfortable sending assets for client review and approval when required.
  • Solid understanding of visual principles, including composition, hierarchy, and flow, to create assets that guide shoppers effectively.
  • Good skills in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting, presentations, and internal communication.

What We Consider As a Plus

  • Spanish language skills;
  • Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere and After Effects);
  • Certifications related to marketplaces or retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Ads).
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment
  • Familiarity with creating content for multiple platforms.
