You Will

• Have a proven track record of excellent outcomes at KS3, GCSE, A Level and/or IBDP
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in your teaching approach
• Be confident teaching across the full secondary age range
• Contribute actively to the development of teaching and learning in the science department
• Work collaboratively within a team to support student achievement
• Use educational technology to enhance learning
• Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
