PMO / Líder de Projetos
para orquestrar iniciativas de clientes (indústria, distribuição, varejo e serviços), garantindo
escopo claro, governança, prazos, qualidade e resultado
.

O que você fará no dia a dia:

  • Liderar o ciclo completo do projeto
    : definição de escopo/SOW, Kickoff, roadmap, cronograma, orçamento e plano de comunicação.
  • Implantar governança ágil
    (PI Planning, Sprints, dailies, reviews, retros) e gerenciar
    RAID log
    (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
  • Gerir entregas e prioridades
    de squads multidisciplinares (Consultoria Financeira, Pricing, BI/Tech), com alocação de horas e controle de margem do projeto.
  • Construir e manter status reports executivos
    (health, burnup/burndown, linha do tempo, próximos passos) para C-level.
  • Qualidade e documentação
    : playbooks, atas, RACI, critérios de aceite, handover e encerramento.
  • Gestão de stakeholders
    : condução de ritos com diretoria/CFOs, alinhamento de expectativas e tratamento de objeções.
  • Controle de mudanças
    (change requests) e prevenção a escopo aberto; disciplina em prazos e marcos.
  • Integração com times internos
    (Comercial/CSM) em expansão de escopo e oportunidades de upsell.
  • Garantir adoção de ferramentas
    (ClickUp/Notion, Power BI, Miro, Teams) e rastro de decisão.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência comprovada como PMO / Project Manager
    em consultoria, tecnologia, operações ou finanças (projetos com múltiplos stakeholders).
  • Domínio de métodos ágeis e híbridos
    (Scrum/Kanban + governança clássica: cronograma, EAP, RACI).
  • Capacidade analítica e organização excepcionais
    , com atenção a detalhes e visão de negócio.
  • Comunicação executiva
    : síntese, clareza e objetividade em reuniões e relatórios para diretoria.
  • Ferramentas
    : ClickUp (ou Jira/Asana), Power BI (leitura e especificação), Excel/Google Sheets avançado, Miro, MS Teams.
  • Formação
    em Administração, Engenharias, Economia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
