- Liderar e mentorar equipes de engenharia, apoiando no desenvolvimento técnico e na evolução de carreira dos profissionais;
- Garantir a excelência técnica das entregas, assegurando qualidade, escalabilidade e manutenibilidade do código;
- Atuar na definição e evolução da arquitetura dos sistemas, avaliando e implementando novas tecnologias, frameworks e ferramentas;
- Participar do planejamento técnico e estratégico, garantindo o alinhamento das soluções com os objetivos do negócio e do produto;
- Apoiar projetos multifuncionais e críticos, envolvendo infraestrutura, segurança e integrações estratégicas;
- Fomentar uma cultura de alta performance, colaboração e melhoria contínua dentro dos times de engenharia;
- Atuar em parceria com CTO, Head de Produto e Product Manager, contribuindo para decisões técnicas e priorização de iniciativas;
Requisitos
- Experiência prévia em liderança técnica de times de desenvolvimento;
- Sólido conhecimento em desenvolvimento Backend com .Net C#;
- Domínio de arquiteturas e padrões de projeto (como CQRS);
- Vivência com ferramentas de mensageria (Service Bus, SQS) e controle de execução em background (Hangfire, Quartz);
- Experiência com banco de dados SQL e NoSQL, e ORMs como Entity Framework;
- Conhecimento em práticas de DevOps e Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS ou GCP);
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de log e observabilidade (Serilog);
Diferenciais
- Experiência prévia com emissão de documentos fiscais (CT-e, MDF-e) ou sistemas correlatos;
- Vivência em empresas de produto ou ambientes de alta complexidade técnica;
- Histórico de formação e desenvolvimento de times de engenharia em crescimento;
- Interesse por inovação, escalabilidade e automação de processos;
