Job Summary
As a Technology Architect specializing in Salesforce you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust solutions that enhance business processes. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Identity and Security Development and Customization and Experience Cloud to drive innovation. Your contributions will directly impact the companys ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Identity and Security to ensure secure and compliant systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop strategies for Salesforce Experience Cloud to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement Salesforce Sharing and Visibility strategies to ensure data is accessible and secure across the organization.
  • Drive Salesforce DevOps initiatives to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Manage SFDC Data processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and improve application performance.
  • Facilitate SFDC Integration to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Configure Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business requirements and optimize functionality.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Salesforce Identity and Security Development and Customization and Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sharing and Visibility DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration.
  • Experience in Auto
  • Policy Admin domain is a plus enhancing your ability to tailor solutions to industry-specific needs.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Salesforce advancements.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.
