As Lead Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our next-generation products, working closely with engineering and user experience teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Our team operates like a startup, valuing ownership, agility, transparency, and collaboration.

In this role, you'll craft product strategies that anticipate market trends and customer needs, while ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to use. You'll lead cross-functional teams, communicate with confidence, and evangelize your product vision to stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Scrum. You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap.
  • Research & Requirements. You'll own the product vision. You'll document and prioritise features. You know where your product fits across the competitive landscape, and are always learning and researching new industry trends to make your product better. Your roadmap comes together based on feedback from our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and the future of technology.
  • Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, collaborating across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, UX teams and more to share your vision, receive feedback, continually drive innovation and make your product the best it can be.
  • Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new services. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.

To Succeed In This Role You'll Have

  • Strong experience of progressive product management with software products, with at least 5 in a product owner role on a scrum team.
  • Advanced English;
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels in both oral and written communications.
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Experience in the following product areas is a plus: Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Social Media.
