- Experiência: Em gestão de contas, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas de negócios.
- Necessário experiência no setor de varejo .
- Idiomas: Inglês avançado (Espanhol é um diferencial).
- Disponibilidade para viagens (até 25%).
- Garantir retenção de receita por meio de análises, treinamentos e resolução de demandas críticas.
- Desenvolver planos de conta para aumentar satisfação e reduzir riscos de churn.
- Conduzir processos piloto orientados a resultados, assegurando melhores práticas na implementação.
- Identificar oportunidades de up-sell e expansão de soluções.
- Realizar reuniões periódicas com clientes para alinhar necessidades atuais e futuras.
- Gerenciar contas corporativas com alto nível de integridade e excelência.
- Atuar como representante do cliente junto às áreas internas (Soluções, Marketing, Finanças, Operações e Tecnologia).
