  • Collaborate and Educate: You'll work closely with managers and teams across the region, providing training and technical expertise. You'll be responsible for maintaining on-site fire marshall and first-aid programs. You'll also be a key partner to our global Head of Workplace Risk and Compliance and Americas Workplace Lead, helping to shape and implement HSS policies worldwide.

  • Crisis Experience: You have hands-on experience in crisis and emergency management, with the ability to provide calm, effective support in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive and Self-Starting: You're a natural problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do.
  • Excellent Communicator: You're fluent in English and Portuguese and can clearly and effectively communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences.
