O Customer Success Specialist é responsável por garantir a satisfação e retenção dos clientes, atuando como elo entre a empresa e o cliente. Este profissional é especialista em entender as necessidades dos clientes, oferecer suporte personalizado e garantir a utilização eficaz da plataforma. Além disso, busca identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell para aumentar a receita e a fidelização dos clientes.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Apoiar clientes no onboarding: configuração inicial, treinamento e implementação.
- Garantir que clientes aproveitem todos os recursos e alcancem resultados.
- Construir e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes, promovendo confiança e engajamento.
- Atuar como ponto de contato principal, solucionando dúvidas e problemas de forma ágil.
- Monitorar saúde do cliente por meio de dados de uso e engajamento, identificando riscos e oportunidades.
- Ser a voz do cliente internamente, compartilhando feedback com áreas de Produto, Vendas e Suporte.
- Trabalhar para garantir renovações de contratos e identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell.
Qualificações e Habilidades:
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento.
- Capacidade analítica, com uso de dados e dashboards para insights.
- Conhecimento sólido em SaaS e do setor em que atua.
- Perfil proativo e centrado no cliente.
- Capacidade de colaborar com times multidisciplinares.

- Excperiência no segmento TELCO e Financeiro.
