About The Role
A key driver of Versuni's commercial success, this role is responsible for shaping and executing high-impact, multi-year strategic partnerships with key retailers and D2C platforms. The position plays a pivotal role in delivering sustainable, profitable growth and elevating the consumer experience across the entire purchase journey.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead and evolve long-term, value-driven partnerships with key retail and D2C stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Versuni's growth ambitions and customer-centric strategy.
  • Architect and execute robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs), underpinned by mutually beneficial commercial agreements that align with internal policies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and implement an optimal product and pricing strategy that maximizes category growth and value extraction, leveraging market insights and consumer behavior trends.
  • Drive operational efficiency by ensuring healthy trade inventory levels, optimized cash flow, and superior on-shelf and online availability.
  • Champion the development of Versuni's brand equity at the point of sale, ensuring strategic investment in trade terms and retail media delivers strong ROI and enhances shopper loyalty.
  • Leverage real-time analytics and cross-functional data sources to proactively identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and continuously improve commercial performance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives beyond core responsibilities, including mentoring talent, conducting competitive intelligence, and contributing to strategic planning and business transformation efforts.
  • Own and deliver on key financial and operational KPIs, including profit per SKU, incremental value metrics (iVM), and in-store share targets.
  • Act as a catalyst for change by collaborating with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, streamline processes, and accelerate decision-making to drive business impact.

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

  • Master degree equivalent level in key account management or MBA.
  • Fluent in English is a must along with local language (Portuguese) – Spanish would be a plus.
  • Progressive experience in strategic sales, key account management, and commercial leadership across omnichannel environments.
  • Deep expertise in commercial strategy development, including digital commerce (D2C and B2B2C), sales execution excellence, promotional effectiveness, advanced negotiation, pricing strategy, value creation, and portfolio optimization.
  • Proven track record in driving sustainable revenue growth, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and customer-centric approaches.
