About the Role

The Strategy, Planning & Analytics team is responsible for defining and executing strategies that address key business challenges, improve performance, and support long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic planning, define objectives, and manage KPIs aligned with company vision.
  • Analyze market and operational data to generate insights and identify opportunities.
  • Monitor performance through dashboards and reports, communicating results to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and manage strategic projects end-to-end.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, analytics, or business strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, process improvement, and project management.
  • Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
