How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Realizar, manter e controlar as rotinas administrativas e financeiras da Vitalaire (faturamento, aprovação de crédito, cobrança, fiscal, licenças, caixa, inventário, estoque e recursos humanos). Também inclui funções específicas dos Sistemas de Gestão Industrial e Operacional (SGI & SGO), como Segurança dos Alimentos e Medicalização.Assegurar a realização das rotinas administrativas dentro dos prazos e procedimentos (indicador: 100% de assertividade).
Garantir o controle e manutenção do estoque (indicador: inventário físico vs. contábil).
Assegurar o controle do caixa local e pagamentos (indicador: não haver diferença de saldo).
Garantir a análise e aprovação de crédito (indicador: "Relatório de conta cliente. Vendas = Recebido").
Assegurar o faturamento de produtos, locações e serviços (indicador: 100% de assertividade).
Manutenção das licenças exigidas pelas autoridades competentes (indicador: Mapa de Conformidade Legal - Sapukái).
