Na Bubbles, o relacionamento com o cliente é parte essencial da nossa estratégia de crescimento. Buscamos um(a) Analista Comercial Júnior para atuar no time de Customer Success, com foco em vendas, suporte, negociação e relacionamento direto com clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva e fortalecendo a recompra.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar diretamente no relacionamento com clientes, prestando suporte, esclarecendo dúvidas e acompanhando o pós-venda
  • Realizar vendas ativas e receptivas, conduzindo negociações de forma consultiva
  • Apoiar clientes na escolha dos produtos mais adequados às suas necessidades
  • Acompanhar pedidos, entregas e possíveis ocorrências junto ao cliente
  • Identificar oportunidades de recompra, cross-sell e fidelização
  • Atualizar e organizar informações comerciais e de clientes em sistemas e planilhas
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com os times comercial, marketing e logística para garantir uma experiência completa ao cliente

O que buscamos?

  • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Perfil comercial, com facilidade para negociação e relacionamento
  • Organização, proatividade e senso de responsabilidade
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel / Google Sheets

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia com vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou Customer Success
  • Vivência com CRM ou rotinas comerciais
  • Afinidade com o mercado pet, cosméticos ou varejo/profissional
