Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Budget Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our multi-million-dollar media budget. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the Marketing department, ensuring spend is accurately tracked, strategically allocated, and aligned with company goals. The Budget Manager will partner with marketing leadership, finance, and channel teams to forecast spend, safeguard budget accuracy, and highlight key learnings that inform future strategy.
The right candidate will combine strong financial discipline with advanced data analytics, providing both the structure and the insight needed for marketing investments to run efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee management of a multi-million-dollar media budget, ensuring accuracy, pacing, and alignment with targets
Monitor spend across campaigns and vendors, flagging risks or inefficiencies early.
Organize and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and budget documentation for departmental use.
Provide clear, data-backed updates to team members and leadership.
Act as the central point of accountability for budget management across marketing, finance, and external partners.
Requirements
3-5 years in budget-management, media planning or marketing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and experience with reporting tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with Google Suite
