About Bold.t Capital

Bold.t Capital is a growth equity manager focusing exclusively on climate investments, resulting from the combination of the investment teams of two independent managers: Circularis Partners, an US-based private equity manager acting as general partner of TPG ART's continuation vehicle; and the investment management arm of Ecoa Capital, a Brazilian impact-oriented family office.

Our founders have a combined 70+ years of experience in investment management and in building scalable companies in target climate sectors. Currently with more than USD 200m of AUM, Bold.t manages a portfolio of top-tier companies generating significant climate impact, including Órigo, Solinftec, Symbiomics, Urbem and Nude.

Attributions and Responsibilities

As a private equity analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the firm's partners and other senior professionals in connection with the following main activities:

  • Management of the current portfolio of invested companies, including performance monitoring, KPI's measuring and financial / operational reporting;
  • Evaluation of new investment opportunities, including pipeline management, market / industry research, valuation and financial modeling;
  • Implementation of new investment transactions, including due diligence and transaction management (including of the fund's key advisors, such as accounting firms, investment banks / advisors, law firms and other consultants);
  • Fundraising efforts, including research of potential investors, preparation of pitch deck and other fundraising materials, and organization of the data-room for investors' review; and
  • Reporting and other supporting activities of the fund and its portfolio companies, including investors' reporting and relations.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (bachelor) in Business Administration, Economics and/or Engineering from a top-tier university;
  • 2 to 4 years of post-graduation experience in investment banking, venture capital and/or private equity;
  • Strong analytical, organization, valuation, modeling and research skills;
  • Proficiency in (i) creating and designing impactful presentations and pitch decks; and (ii) financial modeling;
  • Attention to detail, focus on execution and process management;
  • Ability to clearly communicate and understand complex concepts; and
  • Bi-lingual, with proficiency in Portuguese and English. Additional languages are a plus.

  • Compensation: market (fixed and variable)
  • Working format: Hybrid (4x/week in office, 1x/week WFH)
  • Location: São Paulo, SP – Faria Lima region
