The ideal candidate loves talking to people and selling products or solutions You will be responsible for inbound and outbound business development. You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US Dollars
Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via video call, phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Negotiate with clients and overcome objections.
- Work in Hubspot, Salesforce or other common CRMs.
- Work United States business hours.
Qualifications
- Typing at least 50 words per minute.
- 1-5 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
