Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Salvador, BA. The Sales Consultant will assist prospective clients by providing tailored cultural exchange program recommendations. This includes engaging in customer consultations, understanding client needs, offering program details, maintaining client satisfaction, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales goals while delivering excellent customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction
- Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in the cultural exchange or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Tourism or a related field preferred
