About the Role
As a User Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting user research and operational initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and analyze user needs and behaviors, contributing to strategies that drive user growth and improve product experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the user research team in conducting research on market users, collecting and organizing user needs, pain points, and behavioral habits.
- Assist in designing and executing user surveys, organizing and analyzing data, and producing user insight reports to inform business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations to uncover market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify user trends and insights, transforming findings into actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing, Engineering or related fields, with expected graduation between July 2024 and July 2026.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required for interaction with international teams.
- Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
